      First, purchase spare parts for conductive slip rings. According to the current operation conditions of slip rings in wind farms, it is recommended to purchase corresponding slip rings for on-site backup. At present, domestic slip ring manufacturers have been able to provide cost-effective products and upgrade old slip ring products. It is recommended to purchase domestic slip rings instead of imported slip rings. At the same time, it is recommended to purchase a certain amount of conductive slip ring spare parts, maintenance tools and materials, such as anhydrous alcohol, soft brushes, heat guns, cable hard joints, etc., to facilitate future maintenance and use.
     Secondly, rectify the defects of the conductive slip ring. Due to flaws in the slip ring design of this type of wind farm, relevant personnel must take targeted on-site rectification measures and implement them as soon as possible. For example, the sealing performance of the conductive slip ring is insufficient. In order to prevent a large amount of dust in the through shaft from entering the slip ring, a seal can be added to the PVC pipe of the through shaft to ensure effective isolation of pollutants and avoid contamination of the slip ring bearings, conductive rings, and brushes. In addition, in view of the problem that the bearings are not lubricated before leaving the factory, it is recommended to replace the conductive slip rings with spare parts, perform comprehensive maintenance on the replaced slip rings, clean and lubricate the bearings with grease, and then replace and maintain them alternately to avoid affecting the operation of the unit. .
      In addition, regular maintenance of conductive slip rings must be carried out. At the same time, maintenance of the unit equipment must also be carried out, usually once every six months. In addition, frequent cleaning of the slip ring may affect the service life of the slip ring. Therefore, during regular maintenance, it is necessary to inspect the conductive ring groove of the slip ring and decide whether to perform maintenance according to the situation. When cleaning, do not use oil-based cleaning agents. After cleaning, blow dry with a hot air gun and put a drop of lubricating oil in each conductive ring groove of the conductive slip ring.
